RacesForAll (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the RacesForAll mobile application and related services for discovering racing events, booking tickets, and organizer tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

01 Information We Collect

• Account data: name, mobile number, email (when provided), profile photo, role (user/organizer), and preferences.
• Booking & event data: tickets purchased, event registrations, QR codes, ratings, and related transaction metadata.
• Organizer data: business details, bank/IFSC information for payouts, event listings, and verification documents where required.
• Location: approximate or precise location when you use maps, venue search, or event discovery (with your device permission).
• Device & usage: app interactions, crash/diagnostic logs, and identifiers needed for authentication and security.
• Support messages: content you send through in-app contact forms.

02 How We Use Information

• Create and manage your account and sign-in (including phone OTP and Google sign-in).
• Process ticket bookings, payments, refunds, and organizer settlements.
• Display events, maps, notifications, and personalized content.
• Verify organizers, prevent fraud, and keep the platform secure.
• Respond to support requests and improve our services.
• Comply with legal obligations.

03 Payments

Paid tickets are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card or UPI credentials. Razorpay handles payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive payment status, amount, and reference IDs needed to confirm your booking.

04 Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers including:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, file storage, and hosting.
• Google Maps / Places — maps and venue search.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Google Sign-In — optional account login.

These services may process data according to their own policies.

05 Data Retention

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for bookings, legal, accounting, and security purposes. If you request account deletion, your profile enters a 30-day recovery period before permanent removal. Some booking, payment, and fraud-prevention records may be retained longer as described in our Account Deletion page.

06 Your Rights & Choices

• Update profile information in the app.
• Control location and notification permissions in device settings.

07 Children

Some events may allow minor participants with parent/guardian verification. We collect parent/guardian contact details only where required for that process.

08 Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

09 Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
