By using the RacesForAll app you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they govern your access to and use of our platform, bookings, and organizer tools.

01 Platform Use

• You must provide accurate account and booking information.
• Ticket purchases are subject to event-specific rules set by organizers.
• Organizers are responsible for event safety, permits, and accurate listings.
• We may suspend accounts that violate laws or platform rules.

02 Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via Razorpay. Refund policies may vary by event and are shown at checkout where applicable. Account deletion does not entitle you to refunds for existing ticket purchases — see our Account Deletion page.

03 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your RacesForAll account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or as described on our Account Deletion page.
